Tips and Tricks

  • As this is a task management program and not an agenda, including the time of the day in the reminders does not apply.
  • Our software developers aim to make our applications compatible with the maximum number of Internet browsers, however, in some cases this is not possible due to so many changes and updates.
Our recommendation, in case of issues, is to try with another Internet browser.
  • As it is indicated in the iPhone manual, Safari chapter, "Zooming and Scrolling" section:
In order to scroll within a frame on a webpage you must use two fingers dragging both up, down, left or right and to scroll the entire webpage just use one finger.
  • When organizing your to do list, don't be too demanding with yourself and avoid more than 4 tasks with the same due date.
  • The comments are useful to keep track of anything related to the task, i.e., all the things you need to do.  It includes a useful WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor and you can add color, links, etc.
  • You can also use the tools provided by your web browser such as "Find Text" to find the tasks containing a specific text, "Print", etc.
  • No login is required as your data will be kept in server memory, however unregistered information is cleaned up if not used for some time.
Also, there is a cookie in your computer used as identifier to gather the information stored in the server as mentioned above.  If this cookie is lost in your computer, there is no way to identify your information in the server.
Please, register to avoid losing your tasks.  When you register you are given the option to migrate the tasks you created while unregistered.
  • The concept of folder means something like a container of sub-tasks. When you create the first sub-task for a task, it becomes a folder and when you delete all the sub-tasks for a task, it becomes a leaf task automatically. This is important because a folder task will show the state of the most relevant of the sub-tasks as the effective state.
  • When you add a new task, we consider necessary to see the rest of tasks of the same level to establish priorities correctly.
  • If you delete a task permanently you will loose track of comments, references, etc.
