This section provides answers to the following common questions:
If I don't register, is it possible to loose the tasks I entered?
No login is required as your data will be kept in server memory, however unregistered information is cleaned up if not used for some time.
Also, there is a cookie in your computer used as identifier to gather the information stored in the server as mentioned above. If this cookie is lost in your computer, there is no way to identify your information in the server.
Please, register to avoid losing your tasks. When you register you are given the option to migrate the tasks you created while unregistered.
How to create a folder?
The concept of folder means something like a container of sub-tasks. When you create the first sub-task for a task, it becomes a folder and when you delete all the sub-tasks for a task, it becomes a leaf task automatically. This is important because a folder task will show the state of the most relevant of the sub-tasks as the effective state.
When I add a new task, why are the rest of tasks of the same level shown?
When you add a new task, we consider necessary to see the rest of tasks of the same level to establish priorities correctly.
What is the difference between deleting a task and changing its state to cancelled or done?
If you delete a task permanently you will loose track of comments, references, etc.
Why is the time of the day not available for reminders?
As this is a task management program and not an agenda, including the time of the day in the reminders does not apply.

Our recommendation, in case of issues, is to try with another Internet browser.

Organizing your to do list
When organizing your to do list, don't be too demanding with yourself and avoid more than 4 tasks with the same due date.

The recommendation is to estimate again all those due tasks, extract only 4 of them and extend the due date for the rest even though they will be late
The point is "Aim to do 4 tasks or
